blair and chuck have my vote for best style on tv. if you are anything like me you were drooling over blairs heels last night on the season premier of gossip girl. i found a similar style at forever today; pair them with a shift dress like blair or dress them down with a pair of skinnys and a white oxford and they are a great find for the fall.
